In my role as a Senior Multi-line Claims Examiner, I am responsible for the intake, investigation and adjustment of multi-line claims to ensure compliance within Guaranty Association standards, handling procedures and in accordance with applicable state laws. Additionally, I establish and provide ongoing management of claim reserves and maintain oversight upon medical, legal, and damage estimates and invoices to determine if reasonable and related to designated claims and authorize and make payments of multi-line claims in accordance with Guaranty Association claim procedures.
