The scope of work I perform in this position operates, monitors, services, repairs and/or installs systems and components for all AMC buildings. Respond to emergency/trouble shoot calls and minor repairs pertaining to HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and utility systems failures. It is of my daily responsibilities to electronically track and communicate all issues found in the computer data base and to monitor the building automated system to track effectiveness of preventive and corrective maintenance. In totality my position provides comfortability and support for the occupants the Anschutz medical campus.

AWD Cleaning LLC was established last year and has had success in the growth of obtaining clientele via parking my car on the city streets at the heart of Downtown Denver and personally introducing myself to business owners/management. This creative way of advertising has resulted in obtaining multiple cleaning contracts, ensuring quality maintenance for commercial and residential properties. I’ve sought out to expand my profession & mission of putting more quality work into our communities as a Denver/Aurora native. I now manage multiple technicians and the maintenance of a wide variety of properties. I keep my hands in my business with all work needed to sustain and grow my entrepreneurial experience in this field from occasionally cleaning units, to document control, general payroll knowledge, creating/ submitting contract proposals to digital marketing.

At the request of a large variety of clientele, I travel to different project sites on private contracts to perform the desired quality home improvement service. That entails any interior design work and the framing for add-ons to the house and managing and subcontracting crews up to five people. Bringing my customers ideas to life with professionalism, efficiency, quality and within the proposed budget has been the key to success. This position now allows for my flexibility for when I have the time, energy and space to work.

● Archway Housing and Services is a non-profit organization that provides and maintains a low-income housing portfolio through the Denver Metro/Lakewood area in at-risk communities. My position is to provide quality maintenance oversight of our portfolio by implementing preventive maintenance systems/schedules, analyzing budgets to identify margin potentials and failures. Also, to provide my educated oversight of repairs that can affect the investments of our properties. Most importantly my position is to be a face of someone that cares about their wellbeing through the work I do.

My position as a Quality Control/Quality Assurance Senior Engineering Technician/Inspector provides onsite supervision at projects such as the DEN International Airport Expansion Project, Colorado Convention Center Expansion Project and multiple minor projects through the State of Colorado. My responsibilities consist of preventing any discrepancies in any work done, and to be knowledgeable of all proper procedures, plans, specifications, guidelines, and or codes, ensuring they are being followed to the fullest and writing extensive reports daily to send out to clients. Obtaining and applying knowledge through any and all available educational research and certifications. It is of high production and fast paced causing the demand to follow suit with coordinating onsite meetings, maintaining client relationships and documenting all work thoroughly to be essential. Managing a team of up to 5 people at a time, tracking site progress, expenses & progress was critical to my daily responsibilities. I specialized in structural reinforcement, earthwork and utilities, fireproofing and material testing/reporting inspections.
