About Dewayne Scott Sr.

I am best described as a Program / Project Manager and Telecom Engineer with over 25 plus years of experience with various PBX platforms. I have worked with several Voicemail platforms, Video Conferencing equipment such as Polycom and Cisco Telepresence with the ability to learn new platforms with ease. I have experience in supporting customers both locally and remotely for all of their Telecom needs including MAC's, cabling, and Project Management for voice and data infrastructure. I am able to communicate with all levels of Management based on needs and familiar with Vendor Management, Purchase processes, and turnkey experience for Customer needs and expectations. I have 15 plus years of Program / Project Management experience using PMBOK Theory. I have been a Program Manager as well as Project Manager for a major Financial firm in the Columbus area where I managed daily activities for several Project Managers. In my role at this institution, I trained, On Boarded new Project Managers, and worked with the PMO organization to adhere to new requirements as they were instituted. In addition to my experience above, I am experienced in Desktop support with Microsoft products, Cisco products, and VoIP.Specialties: Microsoft products, Cisco products, Nortel products, Avaya Products, Call Centers, PBX Project Management associated with installations and upgrades, Nars/Bars programming, DTI/PRI installation and support. Knowledge of IP technology and 15 plus years of Management experience in both Telecommunications and Information Technology. This includes computer software and hardware experience with break/fix solutions. I have completed several Infrastructure Projects large and small that included setting up Telco rooms and cabling out to the desktops.
