I am currently a Ph.D candidate in electrical and computer engineering department working on deep learning algorithms for medical image analysis and restoration. I have experience in processing retinal OCT, OCTA, fundus, fluorescein angiography, brain MRI and CT angiography. My major research topics are OCT denoising and domain generalization for retinal vessel segmentation. Besides the medical image analysis, I have research experience on general computer vision as well. I worked at Dolby Laboratories as a research intern developing a deep model for text to 3D generation based upon Stable Diffusion. I am proficient in programming language like python and I also have sufficient experience in building popular architectures on Pytorch and Tensorflow for different image analyzing and generation tasks. Besides, I am familiar with the cloud computing platforms such as AWS EC2 and SageMaker.
