I've been with Esco for 25 yrs. and have worked my way from entry level positions including flogging, grinding, fitting, welding, heat treating, pre/final inspection, shipping and receiving. In May 2010 I was promoted to Production Manager. My responsibilities include all aspects of production, safety, manage and coach team leaders and direct reports.
