I started as a packer at Centrex Plastics and worked my way to Supervisor. I led a team of 18 to people and developed leadership skills that deepened my interests in management. I started at Owens Community College for a semester. I decided that University of Phoenix was the school for me and I started to pursue a bachelor's in business management degree. I have a 3.61 GPA and have been offered to join the National Honor Society several times. I have not joined though. I started at Amcor Rigid Plastics as a temp employee on a 10 day assignment. I worked hard to prove that I had what it takes to be an Amcor team member and was offered a job as an Injection Mold Operator.
