Every job I’ve ever had revolved around people; how to serve them, how to promote them, how to communicate with them, how to influence and train them. People are my life, my passion and my dream. The varied work environments and tasks never sidetracked the central idea that people are at the heart of everything we do. Whether I am managing employees, helping a client build a menu and price point, resetting a floor plan, writing an auto damage estimate or selling an RV, I am serving someone. Skills can be learned, new lessons taught, but a heart to lead by serving is integral to any successful adventure.I have presented panel information at National level sales conferences. I have made public presentations for groups from 5 to 50 and spoken in front of crowds of up to 400. I believe a positive attitude and a love of communication will take you places you never thought about going.I have cooked tacos, cleaned toilets, bagged groceries, sold $500K motor homes and yes, I have even dug ditches. I will never ask a fellow employee to do what I refuse to do and I don’t refuse much.The best experience I’ve ever gotten is being a father and a husband. Having people dependent on you for their care and wellbeing “should” always bring the cream to the top.
