● Monitoring, reviewing and/or advising on all legal matters to all department projects, commercial contracts, employment contracts and all agreements.● Ensure the company complies with the statutory and corporate law governance practices and guidelines as observed in the financial technology industry such as routine reports to government and ministry (OSS, LKPM, OJK Report, etc).● Monitoring, obtain and renew all permits and licenses (NIB, TDPSE, etc).● Handle and represent the company in employment-related disputes including mediation and negotiation regarding labor agreements.● Work closely with notaries, external lawyers, and regulatory bodies to ensure the smooth execution of corporate actions such as mergers and acquisitions.● Handle and assist in the development of guidelines, policies, and procedures on legal topics (corporate, fintech, labor law, data protection policy, etc).
