Responsible for managing six kitchen showrooms. Daily tasks including recruiting and training staff, identifying and implementing new business opportunities, developing sales strategies for different regions, setting sales targets, agreeing terms/ targets with suppliers, providing feedback and coaching team members, monitoring performances, ordering of appliance stock, motivating showroom members and reporting back directly to company Directors.

Kitchen Designer for some of the top brands in the industry including Stoneham PLC, Omega group and German Manufacturer Hacker. Helping customers form initial consultation, to design, to ordering and then to compeltion of the project.
