- Membuat content Instagram, mulai dari membuat plan content, caption, copywriting, minimal 12 content/bulan serta membuat report (Insight content) dan saran content untuk ads- Mendapatkan 6 (enam) client (Medical Clinic) untuk pengerjaan Video Profile, Mempersiapkan produksi mulai dari Presentasi ke Client, mendengarkan kebutuhan client, menyesuaikan mood board dengan kebutuhan client, menyusun Storyline (pra produksi), membantu Videographer untuk mengarahkan talent agar sesuai dengan concept (act) yang disepakati hingga membantu video editor dalam proses editing video.

- Membuat plan content berdasarkan campaign yang sudah ditetapkan.- Membuat materi content (copy writing) dari plan yang direncanakan beserta mempersiapkan caption (conten writing) dan moodboard yang pas.- Membuat laporan social media dengan table perform untuk mengevaluasi efektifitas content- Bekerjasama dengan tim graphic design untuk kesesuaian plan content dengan mood board yang diajukan.- Membantu proses pengolahan materi promosi dari tim Sales & Marketing untuk didistribusikan di saluran online dan offline- Mengkoordinir social media officer LP3I di 16 cabang yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia baik itu L10, Table Performance, OKR dan support lainnya untuk membantu SMO cabang agar sesuai dengan target campaign berdasarkan playbook social media campaign.

Area of responsibilities:- Managing social media from the content, promotions, advertising, etc.- Managing all teams of marketing, from education consultant, activation officer, social media officer, external marketing, etc.- Managing target of revenue.- Leading the weekly meeting for all teams of marketing and trying to solve every problem of them.- Assist the Deputy Director of Marketing in the creation of the playbook about marketing policy.- Collaborate with external relations such as school, to do some presentations to get engagement. - Develop and expand relationships and commercial partnership with various partners and channels.- Create a concept of graduation ceremony for this year starts by the logo of the event, who will perform and what will be their showing.- Making an annual work plan and evaluating it to report to the deputy director of marketing.- Making some presentations to the students such as how to create an application letter, how to face up to an interview, how to motivate themselves to create their own future, and etc.

Area of responsibilities :Supervise all content of social media Politeknik LP3I Jakarta and all branches.Making a playbook about logo guidance, collaborating with the director of the creative division LP3I Group.Socialization of a playbook to all Head of marketing Politeknik LP3I Jakarta.Making several online training for the head of marketing and social media officer, collaborating with director of creative division LP3I Group.Making some presentations to the students such as how to create an application letter, how to face up to an interview, how to motivate themselves to create their own future, and etc.Develop and expand relationships and commercial partnership with various partners and channels.Making a press release about the graduation ceremony year of 2020.Collaborate with all divisions such as, academic, IT, cooperation & placement dept, etc to re-create menu of website.

Area of responsibilities :Create and do some training for all students by the 1st semester until 4rd semester such as self concept, how to follow your passion, how to prepare your good personality, how to face up to the interview, etc.Responsible for preparing the student of 4rd semester to get an interview at the company, start to make an application letter, collaborate with the third parties (HRD of Company), prepare for an interview, and also how to negotiate a good salary.Managing all the team about how to implement all systems on a day-to-day basis. Opening cooperation with new relationships related to the process of placing workers from alumni as well as maintaining good relations with old relationships by digging information about the company's level of satisfaction with the alumni who are placed.Looking for information regarding the need for human resources and the criteria (soft skills and hard skills) needed by the company by visiting new and old relationships.Responsible for the internship placement process and student work by analyzing the results of the selection process and providing additional training needed by alumni to be accepted to work in the company.Assist the Institute (LP3i Surabaya) in forming a positive image in every activity held (company gathering, alumni gathering, Job Fair, Graduation Ceremony, LP3i Anniversary, etc.)
