Personally I am adding value to production planning and the system performance team by:- Managing machine reallocations (Managing configuration changes after start of the machine due to change of customer and change of hardware/software configuration).- Prioritise WIP to make sure the machines are finished in time to catch the flight to the customer. - Representative from TF for the warehouse migration (A brand new logistic centre is build and all operational activities will be moved from the old to the new warehouse).- Key user in SAP (Multiple projects, for example: A project to make it possible for development to test production sequence in SAP before Go-Live in factory).- Key user in Excel (Multiple projects, for example: A project to create an automated dashboards for WIP tracking). - Lean (For example a role as coach to stimulate performance dialogue within the natural team).
