I work closely with housing managers and executive staff to ensure resident lease compliance and to coordinate available resources to assist residents in correcting problems that impede compliance. I also serve as the Authority's liaison with local and state law enforcement agencies. A major portion of my job duties involve overseeing the Authority’s risk management SOP, updating and revising company policy, and providing security/risk assessment. This sometime necessitates engaging in creative community outreach, assessing residents’ interests and needs, and leveraging those against the Authority’s mission, scope, and vision. I also have experience in helping job-seekers find employment by facilitating job fairs, hiring events, specific skills workshops, and providing networking and marketing services for local employers.
