In my role as COO with The EFA Movement (Empowered Fathers in Action), a 501c3 organization, I work to embody operational excellence, orchestrating diverse functions to drive efficiency and streamline processes. The organization is dedicated to working with men (husbands, fathers, individuals, and so on), helping create happier and healthier homes.
