• Deploying, maintaining, and managing Linux/UNIX systems in a virtual environment (VMware, KVM)• Perform system administration, installation, problem isolation, and resolution on Linux/UNIX and web Infrastructure systems• Working with the Security team to ensure proper security controls are built into and maintained for Linux systems

• Design, architect, configure, deploy, upgrade and support VMware, PVE and OpenNebula on various hardware platforms• Configure and deploy various server platforms• Diagnose and trouble-shoot VMware and other related technologies• Incident support and participation in on-call rotation during off hours and weekends• Create and maintain documentation: logical/physical diagrams, run books and other technical engineering documents• Develops Standard operating procedures and Work Instructions and ensure staff comply• Oversees the Installation of new server hardware and software according to standard operating procedures• Oversees the updates to hardware, operating systems, and software as needed to provide required functionality and security• Ensures systems are monitored and statistics relevant to capacity, performance, utilization• Identifies areas of improvement in process or technology and presents implementation plan to management
