I directly assist Event Operations management with consistent quality meeting room set ups while maintaining positive relations for our valued guests.. I lead a team and we ensure "Quality Assurance" standard event set ups, labor management, condition of Public (Front of the House), Meeting (Heart of the House) and Storage (Back of the House) spacing. I practice and encourage safe work habits. I am engaged fully in Brilliant Hosting, Red Coat visibility and availability while delivering thoughtful and polished customer engagement service for our valued guests. I also pursue and utilize my strengths making "personal connections", responding to cues and creating "Brilliant" memorable experiences for our clients throughout their events. I feel that one of our greatest assets throughout our Marriott extended family is diversity and inclusion as we advance the art of hosting worldwide.
