W.L.L. – (M/s ISCO) Kuwait- currently deployed at Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) under Maintenance Services for Production Facilities (Gathering Centres - GC-17, GC-27 & GC-28) at West Kuwait Areas.Job Description: Lead a team of personnel to carry out survey activities of all static equipment such as pressure safety valves, pressure vessels, pipe lines, heat exchangers, coolers, refrigeration systems, de-hydration system and the like. Experience in survey activities, installation, repair and maintenance of all types of heat exchangers, Separators, desalters, heaters, gas scrubbers, contactor columns and other pressure vessels, testing of overhead cranes and the like. Have adequate knowledge in safety procedure for working in hazardous areas. Supervising employees of a lower classification, decision making and work planning judged inthat order. He shall be skilled in the use of precision measuring tools and instruments such asmicrometer, vernier caliper and the like with knowledge of Metric and English MeasurementSystem and international codes. Coordinates work functions of personnel in his area of responsibility. Monitor work and work sites to ensure safe working of personnel and equipment. Establish and maintain correct manning levels. Prepare daily reports and daily time sheet. Responsible in the availability of tools, spare parts, material and the like and maintain recordsof the same. Ensure safe working conditions and good house keeping. Liaises effectively with the coordinators to ensure optimum utilization of work force and as perthe Company’s requirements. Responsible for organizing and directing the work.

• In-charge in main workshop heavy equipment section and outside repair• In-charge in establishing site workshop and manpower in new project site• Set-up and assemble new heavy equipments and evaluate performance• In charge providing spare parts in main workshop and all site sub-workshop• In-charge in planning of equipment preventive maintenance schedule • Establish plan for equipment and operator working task • In-charge in making job order for repair, preventive maintenance, requesting parts and shifting of equipments using ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning)• Conduct inspections in proper implementing of maintenance rules scheduling of preventive and periodic maintenance for earth moving equipments such as bulldozers, loader, pony loader, earth roller, asphalt paver, milling machine, drilling machine, dump truck and etc.• Perform checklist for machine inspections• Implement safety in working site• Coordinating all the operation and maintenance engineer for any site activity such as equipment needed in site, spare part needed for repair and assistance of manpower for immediate response so that there will be no delay of work • Conduct site sub-workshop inspections to monitor and ensure for proper use of equipments proper distribution of manpower• Coordinate all maintenance engineers assign in site workshop • Conduct monthly inspections of equipments working in site• In-charge in site outside repair and maintenance service team • In-charge in service trucks (oiler and lubrication team)• Diagnose mechanical problems of equipment• Evaluate site report , equipment checklist and equipment monitoring for the proper and consistent• implementation of periodic maintenance• In-charge in equipment evaluation and equipment records• Making activity plan for outside repair• In charge in minimizing the breakdown equipments working in site• Making monthly report for the monthly accomplishment and pending activity

• Facilitates the transfer of the machine from another subsidiaries. The scope includes preparation of facilities, electrical wiring set-up, control panel installation, ducting installation, pipe installation and other electrical and mechanical related works.• Diagnose problem, disassembling and reassembling equipment and components such as pumps, compressor, vacuum, cylinders, valves and pipe line. • Maintain and monitor the continuous operation of Cutting, Barrel, Jumbo Oven, Rotating Dryer, Dehydrator Machine, and Firing Furnace machine.• Troubleshoot and repair machines equipment use in production especially manufacturing measuring equipment.• In-charge in machine conversion • Perform machine set-up in setting to standard dimension before starting mass production • In-charge in confirmation of products• Perform preventive maintenance in all manufacturing machines.• Responsible for the control of all machine back-up programs, machine diagrams, machine settings and other machine parameter necessary for the restoration in case of troubleshooting.• Perform calibration and correlation in measuring equipment use in production.• Design jigs to be use in checking the product.• Conduct 5S to observe safety and security in work place.• Make technical report after any repair, machine improvements and other important task.
