Reviewed Military bonus and processed payments, reviewed home of record for Military member for shipments of household goods, made sure the correct Military occupation on the contract was reflected in the Marine Corps total Force system (MCTFS), and if Military Contract was improperly filled out I would go back to correct the contract when needed to reflect correct information.○ Daily task included managing and updating Military records to include the proper filing of military service record books that Military contracts were placed in, making sure military address and dependents were current and up to date to reflect correct Military Pay and the proper legal documents were placed in the correct spot within the Service record book to include Non Judicial Punishment paperwork.○ Typed and issued Military orders for Military members who were detaching from the current duty station that they were in, made sure flights for Military members and their dependents were booked and that all travel expenses and allowances were paid through DFAS.○ Managed and monitored Military pay entitlements to include special duty pay, basic housing allowances, computed rations, and contract bonuses.○ Worked with customer service for Military members and dependents with a professional manner through phone etiquette and email professionalism○ Processed inbound Military members orders.○ Reviewed military orders and updated residency for new duty station process travel advances and military loans upon member request.○ Security Clearance issued for handling Personal Private information, security clearance is good for10 years
