Since the inception of the 2020 SARS CoV-2 pandemic outbreak I have focussed efforts on managing frontline support operations in healthcare during which time I led business and risk management to develop the largest supplier of biosecurity operations nationally; providing continuous support to nationally designated SARS CoV-2 hospitals, national security agencies, state companies, government ministries, and areas of the Diplomatic Corps. Professionally qualified as a chartered accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner for over 25 years, I am a fellow of the UK’s Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). My academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School (Heriot-Watt University - UK), MSc in Managing Risk and System Change from Trinity College Dublin (Ireland), and currently pursuing a PhD in Biomedical Engineering at University of Trinidad & Tobago. Wider research interest includes risk management, and strategic security.My doctoral research in national biosecurity focuses on strengthening national frameworks on management, control and/or prevention of risks to health, safety, and the environment. The research includes grounded, systematic work with frontline practitioners, medical staff, and policy makers who were directly involved in the pandemic response. I’m also Principal Consultant in upstream sector of Oil & Gas production with over 30 years experience in the sector. Led operations in finance, offshore operations, risk, and project management.
