6 years out of highschool and I've collected work experience mainly in the fast food industry. I've spent an accumulated 4 years, 2 of which was at a managerial position. majority of my skills, however, comes from recent years as I've studied at varsity collage Bcom economics and advised my mother on the running of her laundromat.Two years out of Varsity College and I have learnt the importance of inter and intra personal skills in a corporate environment.The above was learnt in three distictive phases:Realisation - Upon entering the corporate workplace, I soon realise that my knowledge and skills was not near enough for the requirements of Standard profil. I realised this within my first two months at the company.Grasp and Absorb -To meet the requirements I revisited my Accounting textbooks of prior years and paid close attention to the addvise given by my superiors.On any area where I felt uncertain or lost, I would ask and make note.My aim during this time was to learn as much as I can about all the variables affecting the outcome of my work.Correct and Improve-Around the third and final Quarters of the graduate program at Standardprofil, I have understood my expectations and finally fell into sync with the work.From here, all I focused on was correcting prior errors made before my employement and improving on the ones where risks have been identified.One of these activities was correcting the filing of the import register to aid in claim processes.Overall, in one here at SPSA, I have learnt that I do not know it all.A final claim upon myself, I am the architect of my actions and the holder of my truth.
