This budget has been utilized several times since its inception, and is now a key part of how we work with freelancers. Dexter’s strong knowledge of finance and data sure came in handy! A close second would be Dexter’s creation of an operations reference and policy guide for future interns. This guide has already come in handy to train our new intern team. At Wonderwell, we believe that an internship should blend learning and practical experience. As part of Dexter's learning process, he was assigned a book to read about business best practices, and I would quiz him weekly on a chapter.
