After joining Optima Health as an applications developer I ranked up to a senior applications developer.During my time at Optima Health I spent time learning how to work with Appian (as I was previously from a web stack space) which is a low-code solution to help build complex maps and processes.It was expected to take a 6 months to a year for me to get up to speed but it only took 3 months before I was able to tackle complex problems by myself.
