Grew EP from $22M to $36M and consistently returned over 40% back to engineering school.

Responsible for developing and implementing the strategic vision for the business area, developing customers and satisfying their needs. Directly managed and controled all funding and personnel in the $40+M area. Key member of Executive Management Team in the 4,500 person laboratory. Also serve as Chair of The Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering Part-Time Master's Program in electrical and computer engineering. Responsible for new course development, course scheduling, instructor hiring, student admissions review and decisions, student advising, and overall student satisfaction.

Founded a small division quieting air moving devices using active noise control and was responsible for day-to-day business unit operation and division profit and loss. Traveled extensively in Europe and Japan to establish business relationships, educate customers, and led reviews of funded product and technology development programs. Product releases include the NoiseEaterTM active duct silencer and a derivative appliance control module for small exhaust fans, vacuum cleaners, and other air moving products.

Established and managed a technical group responsible for air traffic control environmental modeling and simulation is congested civilian and military air traffic environments.

Established a clinical engineering function at this rehabilitation hospital. Served as head of the safety committee.
