I developed my skills in leadership, team management and customer service through working in the automotive industry. In my career I have started from the call centre and worked my way to dealership management. Throughout all of these roles I have excelled and focused my skills at customer management and complaint handling, leading the team in a fast paced, target driven industry. Currently I am the Service Team Manager at Mercedes-Benz Eastbourne. The dealership has grown in customer retention, new customers and sales during my time there. I have adapted to all the changes throughout and lead from the front. I now manage the team, making certain the highest standards are met, ensuring client satisfaction and targets are hit.I have won the Lookers Guild of Excellence award for Aftersales for constantly hitting targets and high levels of customer satisfaction.I am team member in the Eastbourne volleyball team and also enjoy keeping fit and healthy.
