   Oversee all aspects of Accounts Payable while managing 9 senior living facilities with duties such as Vendor management, Vendor statement reconciliation, invoice coding, processing over 350 invoices weekly, schedule and prepare checks, resolve contract, invoice and payment discrepancies. Additionally, ensure credits are received for outstanding memos; disburse petty cash and pex cards by funding the facilities weekly expenses.  Responsible for wire transfers, weekly and monthly uploads, expense reports, capital expenditures, check requests and resident refunds. Assist in month-end and year-end closing by providing expense analysis and bank reconciliations. Assist Vice President of Accounting with acquisition projects, Use V lookup to find vendor in the system that are not taxable for 1099. Work with senior accountants to prepare for audits and work with auditors by providing supporting documentation and analytical information for all audits. Ensure all fixed asset additions are supported with proper documentation and copies are filled in proper binder. Complete account reconciliations and reconcile statements before each month end close. Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning and weekly mail processing. Provide aging for all 9 facilities after each month end close period. Work with senior accountants to gather capital expense invoices and create invoices to bill client for the expenses paid by our company in advance for client. Gather check copies for backup to use with invoices. Work with accounting manager to create the weekly accounts payable check run that balance with amounts provided by the CFO via Microsoft Excel spreadsheet; while ensuring payments are made to major vendors of importance.
