Provide ongoing & onboarding training, first line of basic technical support and strategic recommendations to existing clients.4. Provide Product Demonstrations and Handling of Queries from potential clients.5. Managing the migration of accounting, customer, policy and key master data.6. Working closely with Management Team, Team Members and India Development Team to ensure customer goals are met and upsell potential is uncovered.7. Supporting the Sales Managers’ Activities8. This is to avoid compromising their interests in the process. Also to be impartial and objective when recommending solutions. This is to ensure appropriate and effective advice is provided in accordance to client's needs.- Possess good work ethics and habits. To be diligent and be prepared to serve client's financial needs. Always stay contactable. Also be a good listener and patient. Always gather sufficient information before proposing a solution.- Be prepared to conduct a thorough fact-find and involve client in the discussion stage to understand their situation well.- Have a proper system of record keeping. This is to ensure that history of discussions is keep tracked with regards to their areas of concerns, action plans and objectives.- Continuously keep abreast of the changes in the financial industry.
