Research Analyst

Provide support to ongoing projects in the realm of disability employment and workforce development across the three branches of government in all 50 states and 6 territories. This includes conducting or assisting with data analysis, developing and conducting national scans of state policy, responding to research inquiries from state officials, writing research based policy briefs and research reports for policymakers, and convening key stakeholders to provide consultation and share best practices. Additional duties include: (1) legislative and legal research, (2) technical assistance to state and local governments (3) supporting the Director of Research to develop and execute an organization-wide research agenda, (4) contributing to new research project proposals and pursuing external funding sources (5) publications and writing and (6) synthesizing, visualizing, and communicating data and research for a non-technical audience.
