• Providing solutions in banking, cash flow management, credit, and risk management for year over year profitability.• Actively managing and growing a portfolio of 60-70 business entities with over $18mm in deposit. • Prospecting and leveraging relationship building skills with clients within the range of $1mm to $10mm in yearly sales revenue. • Establishing and maintaining relationships with center of influences to build a network of referral sources. • Understanding the ever-changing business environment which may include, regulatory changes, industry challenges, cash management needs and sales/trade cycles.• Providing support and mentorship to junior bankers, the retail branch team and other financial partners in areas of credit, cash management products, and business development.• Protecting the firm by being diligent and performing all activities within risk parameters to ensure appropriate completion of task.
