I implemented transcriptomic workflows (RNAseq and scRNAseq) using standardized NextFlow pipelines on AWS, efficiently generating count matrices for differential expression analysis. I also developed RMarkdown scripts for post-processing, creating tailored differential expression and Gene Set Enrichment Analysis outputs.Additionally, I supported a patent application for a novel small molecule drug by creating a series of scripts that integrate open-source chemical modeling packages (P2Rank, Autodock, and Gromacs). This streamlined site selection and energy minimization process, drastically reducing simulation times using NVIDIA GPU threading. The pipeline is available open source on GitHub: AnadrosPilotMD.
