Responsible for leading school-year long cohorts of Sacramento High School Students to create social media campaigns around mental health and mental wellness. I was responsible for creating, implementing and facilitating the curriculum, conducting interviews and screening over 200 candidates to fill the final 20 spots, tracking attendance, managing stipends and reimbursement for all participants.

My roles included having a caseload of up to 20 youth aged 10-24 primarily but not limited to South East Asian descent with risk factors including but not limited to: On Probation, Failing 2 or More Classes, Mental Health Concerns, Social Isolation. Tasks that encompass my role were to receive referrals from sources such as: School Admin, Parents, Probation Officers etc. and build rapport with school staff, parent/guardians, and the youth themself. Once registered and consented, I would work with the youth by first administering a CANS assessment, creating life map goals and checking in with the youth on a basis depending on the severity of the situation - usually twice a week in person.
