• Responsible for maintaining and configuring HR systems to enable the effective operation of the HR systems, processes and solutions.• Analyzes complex business issues and designs and/or modifies solutions; provides comprehensive knowledge of HR system capabilities and leads testing and deployment of systems and system-related enhancements to support HR processes and changing business needs.• Analyst on annual salary planning cycle; responsible for creating the templates for Workday… Show more • Responsible for maintaining and configuring HR systems to enable the effective operation of the HR systems, processes and solutions.• Analyzes complex business issues and designs and/or modifies solutions; provides comprehensive knowledge of HR system capabilities and leads testing and deployment of systems and system-related enhancements to support HR processes and changing business needs.• Analyst on annual salary planning cycle; responsible for creating the templates for Workday, configuring in multiple testing environments, troubleshooting issues, partnering with field leadership, and implementing all go-live procedures.• Central point of contact for all compensation and benefits system related activity through our ticket tracking system; frequently answers highly complex manager inquiries related to compensation and benefits processes and Workday configuration and handles critical escalations.• Responsible for assisting in all required system adjustments; records business requirements into tracking system, collaborates cross functionally to ensure that the updates are performed on schedule and in line with the business needs.• Creates test scripts and performs required testing, integration, and ensures quality assurance.• Provides historical reporting and analysis to leadership as requested.• Responsible for partnering with both internal and external audit teams to provide documentation of system updates to ensure changes are made in line with our compliance regulations.• Responsible for keeping accurate documentation of all changes as they relate to compensation and benefits for SOX purposes, compensation agreements for commission plans, variable pay and allowance plans.• Researches, reviews and resolves complex issues/inquiries.• Develops process improvements, innovative solutions and advanced testing procedures.• Sets up and monitors proper configurations of data fields, transaction workflows, business rules and security roles.
