The program provided and supported IT services for 2000+ customers for the Space and Missile Defense Command (SMDC), the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), the U.S. Army Garrison-Kwajalein Atoll (USG-KA), and 11 supporting islands. Directed, managed, and delivered NETCOM C4IM service support, including ISP/OSP, desktop support, systems administration, network administration, cybersecurity, spectrum management, procurement, and logistics for the 30th Signal Battalion NEC.

Selected as Deputy Program Manager for a $238M seven-year hybrid firm-fixed-price (FFP) 175-member IT operations supporting NETCOM C4IM Enterprise Information Technology Service Support Contract (EITSSC) for SOUTHCOM. to support a team Managed NETCOM C4IM services, including ISP/OSP, 24-hour desktop support, systems and network administration, application development, cybersecurity, CND, VTC, MILSTAR, VSAT, LMR, procurement, and logistics for 6,000+ SOUTHCOM customers across 27 countries in South America, Central America and the Caribbean.

Chosen to manage $95M lowest-price-technically-acceptable (LPTA) NETCOM C4IM service support contract multiple IT teams for multiple teams across the Middle East and Central Asia. Provided ISP/OSP support, desktop support, systems administration, network administration, information security, cybersecurity, procurement, and logistics for 5,000+ customers.

Researched and wrote news stories, features and articles for magazines, journals and newspapers. I also interviewed individuals, groups, churches and other organizations for background information. Also provided coverage for business groups sponsoring large scale events including concerts and social events.

Provided MOS instruction for initial-entry service personnel. Also worked as a small group instructor for mid-career non-commissioned officers (NCO's).
