As a summer intern, I was assigned the responsibility of developing a smart, flexible knowledge portal for the enablement of the sales and marketing teams of HCLI. The project involved identifying knowledge needs, mapping appropriate knowledge sources, creating templates for the look and feel of the portal, and making recommendations regarding the use and administration of the portal. As part of my final project report, I set up a prototype portal incorporating the knowledge sources I had identified, and put forth proposals regarding incentives to use the portal.
