RESPONSIBILITIES- Coordinate inspection and verification of completed work with the contractors and DAR’s QC inspectors at site and DAR’s CM core Team.- Verify and certify completed work for processing payment of contractors.- Visit Site regularly to overview execution of work and provide guidance and assistance for technical conflicts.- Follow up actual progress of work as per the approved schedule and advice management accordingly for issues, risks and delays.- Verify Contractor’s adherence to contractual specification, codes and represent DAR in relation to executed work.- Review and recommend approval for method statements, use of material and mock ups.- Prepare guidance information (deliverables) based on contract document to assist management and site personnel- Review and verify red line and issued for Mark up drawing prior to The as built drawings.- Manage and control the quality of work and adherence of the contractor to Health, safety and environmental requirements as per the contract provisions.
