Community Consultants: We support and strategize with social justice leaders to deepen their power and impact to build movements that create a more just and sustainable future. Communities and individuals have long been disrupting the political, economic, and environmental systems that oppress and limit opportunities for Black, Indigenous, People of Color, Immigrants, LGBTQ, low-income, people with different abilities, and other marginalized communities. In this moment, we need to build on the resilience and wisdom that exists within communities to support and promote knowledge, practices, skills and strategies that can be catalyzed to strengthen our interconnected movements for justice, healing, and liberation. Our role as Community Consultants is to support leaders across all levels of an organization in deepening their capacity to reflect, align their work to purpose and values, and foster learning, innovation, and growth.We prioritize working with grassroots and placed-based organizations and collaboratives that work to advance racial justice. We are guided by the core belief that individuals and communities most impacted by issues, inequities and barriers are the best positioned to identify the problems and solutions needed for healing and transformation. Our role as Community Consultants is to support the capacity of organizations and networks to cultivate leaderful partnerships and ecosystems that align values and actions across groups of people so that communities can more effectively build collective power and create sustainable change.
