File Preparation: The primary responsibility is to prepare digital files for printing. This includes tasks such as checking the file for errors, making sure the color space is correct, and ensuring that the file meets the requirements of the printing press.Color Management: We're responsible for managing color accuracy in printed materials. This involves ensuring that the colors in the digital file match the colors that will be produced on the final printed product.Image Editing: We are responsible for editing images to ensure they are high-quality and print-ready. This includes tasks such as adjusting brightness and contrast, removing backgrounds, and resizing images.Font Management: We are responsible for managing fonts in digital files to ensure they are properly embedded and licensed for use. This helps to ensure that the final printed product looks as intended.Communication: We may also be responsible for communicating with clients, designers, and printers to ensure that all parties understand the requirements for the printed product and that the final product meets everyone's expectations.To ensure that digital files are properly prepared for printing and the final printed product to the highest quality. We play a critical role in the printing process, helping to ensure that printed materials look as intended and are produced efficiently and cost-effectively.

• Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.• Handles email, chat, and phone.• Utilize Google sheet like Microsoft Excel for tracking and monitoring all cases.• Update selected menu using specific tools.• Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.• Take the extra mile to engage customers.
