Logistics Coordinator
Current• Lead the Operations team, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to ensure all staff are competent and performing effectively • Track and report on operational KPIs across accounts• Support a multi-client environment by cross-utilising all resources such as systems, space, and staff• Establish and maintain best-practice Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions according to regional and global standards• Establish a continuous improvement culture • Optimise processes and layout for increased warehouse performance and utilisation • Monitor/Maintain stock accuracy, reduce damages and claims• Assist with dock loading, and bulk picking of runs• Storage and Inventory – continual inventory assessment to maximise facility utilisation, order picking optimisation and stock control• Introduce continuous improvement currently impacting financial profit/loss.• General warehouse maintenance• Returns/T2 and offsite warehousing accuracy and orders delivered in full and on time• Adherence to Safety Policies & Procedures including hazard awareness.
