• Perform User Acceptance Testing of the Functional Requirements of the Viewpoint system and business processes.• Assist in the parallel running of the current system to ensure the new system results are validated against the existing system. • Document UAT Test Scenarios, Test Cases and Test Scripts• Report to the Manager - results, test metrics etc.• In parallel with testing deliver monthly/quarterly reporting on the testing results. • Update any documentation/business processes that have gone out-of-date. • Execute with IT and FOSS on regression testing for Aviation and Land as well cross segment impact code.• Assist the team with the analysis and documentation of business processes, technology issues and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.• Prioritization, coordination and implementation including UAT testing of those solutions and other cross segment projects.• Work with our IT department/demand management and BIO to resolve all segment system issues.• Direct the UAT process cross segment support for bi-monthly EIP system releases.• Serve as support to the Sales and Commercial Ops, CRM, SRM and Middle office investigating system concerns and training needs along with IT follow-up.• Serve along with segments senior leadership to prioritize outstanding Remedy Tickets.• Monitor both AP and AR interface errors across segments
