*Assist and partner with Account Executive daily to drive business, through makeup lessons, productivity and growth for 14 stores that equal over 8 Million in Sales over the 3 states. *Event planning, preparation and execution for in-store events, as well as outreach events to drive volume. *Share, coach, and reinforce Bobbi's philosophy daily by motivating, teaching and encouraging teams and leading by example. * Multi-tasking to ensure all duties are completed *Co-trained with Education Executive in over 20 Training Schools *Conduct Freelance Trainings *Conduct Nordstrom Beauty Stylist Summits*Certify counter artists * Responsible for maintaining my budget booking travel and expense reports.* Documenting and holding my managers and teams accountable for store success.
