3M Experience 3M Teams are made up of information technology, human resources, indirect sourcing, finance & accounting professionals that support all business units. Shared services teams are headquartered in Maplewood MN but supported teams across all time zones around the world. As a member of the 3M Agile coaching team, responsibilities included providing foundational agile practices and tools. Focused on agile values and principles as well as agile software tooling support. Jira was the preferred 3M tool to perform data analysis for metrics summarizing agile usage and adoption across many teams.. Teams/ individual agile role members were evaluated and supported to implement agile methods and approaches. Additional duties include coaching teams to set up, implement, and use agile tools. 3M Agile Instructor/coach required high level knowledge in Lean and agile principles and practices for individuals, teams, and systems. My role as a servant leader specialized in teaching, mentoring, facilitating, and professional coaching. I Acted as a change agent to challenge existing environments and/or cultures. I provided facilitation, training, coaching, and mentoring to multiple teams and associated stakeholders in Lean and agile principles and best practices across business and IT software application development and operational work streams.
