Here's a little something about me - I graduated in 2018 with a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering and later, I ended up as a Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services. Wait, what? Chemical Engineering to Systems Engineering? Yep, I get that a lot. But hey, life’s full of surprises!At TCS, I was part of the offshore counterpart of the Technical Services team, working for a US-based Energy utility company. My day-to-day involved collaborating with Software Developers, Business Owners, and the QA team. Together, we’d plan releases and keep the infrastructure humming. I was there for 55 months — yes, you read that right—before I decided it was time to climb a different rung on the career ladder. So, I packed my bags and headed to Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai, for their flagship 1-year MBA program. Spoiler alert: 'BEST decision ever'.I recently wrapped up my MBA, majoring in Marketing and Business Analytics because, let’s be honest, that’s a combo too good to resist in this digital age where the spotlight is on customer centricity. Along the way, I picked up skills in SQL, Python, Tableau, and, of course, the beloved MS Office for Exploratory Data Analysis and Visualization. I even took on some freelance website development projects while studying—because who doesn’t love a little extra cash on the side?Lately, I’ve found myself drawn to product strategy. Why? Because it’s that perfect cocktail of analytical thinking, creativity, and a hefty dose of customer-centricity. From ideation and market research to feature prioritization and growth strategy, it’s a wild mix of art and science that just clicks with me.In my free time, I like to watch movies, talk about life, pretend to make good graphic designs, and experiment with art. I also like to pretend that I am funny. On a serious note, I crack 10K+ jokes, and at least 1 gives a good landing.
