After 30+ years, my professional life has evolved into three primary roles;I am the leading ground lease expert with an actual track record in the space. Currently, I focus on the insertion of leased fee positions subject to long-term ground leases to optimize capital, advising owners of land on the creation of ground leases for their assets, and arranging capital for both leasehold and leased fee assets.I am a champion and protector of the Eyzenberg & Company culture.
