• Overseen all day to day operations and all aspects of hospice, palliative, and Foundation of all locations.
• Opened several locations, led the team to get through surveys with both Joint Commission and ACHC.
• Ensured each location was in compliance with local, state and CMS guidelines. Strongknowledge of COPs, and Medicare requirements.
• Managed QAPI meetings
• Worked with our Director of Clinical Services to ensure our company was following COPs and that the clinical staff was well managed.
• Assisted my DONs and ADONs in compliance review of each location to ensure we are always survey ready and offering the golden standard of hospice care.
