I work with the leadership and employees of companies to get results. Through assessments and analysis, I take a look at how a company's systems support the employment life cycle. I determine any gaps and inefficiencies, then we work to correct them. I have found that companies often know of some of their issues, but aren't quite sure how to go about correcting them and that's where I come in. Another passion of mine, as it relates to the field of HR, is training and development. In my 11 years of being adjunct faculty for 3 different Universities, I enjoy teaching on HR and management topics. I have even created company-specific curriculum. I have found that when managers and employees are properly trained, they feel more empowered and have the confidence to run their department and perform effectively. I included "HR Solutions" in the name of my company because finding problems is easy to do, but I assist with creating and implementing solutions.
