Order Management Representative
CurrentOrder Management Specialist Provides accurate, valid, and complete information to both internal and external customers by using defined processes and critical thinking Responsible for assisting with the set up of customers new parts and revisions to current parts Daily data entry and processing of customer purchase orders into systems (Lucy and NetSuite) Manages data integrity issues within the company’s system to ensure there are no missing pieces Assists customers with all concerns they may have regarding their order to ensure a positive outcome and customer experience Assists with defining and creation of departmental processes and procedures Serves as a Subject Matter Expert for all things Customer Service related Provides training and development for team members including others within the organization Cross collaborates with other departments within the organization to ensure a customer’s order is able to be processed on time Manages and monitors the Customer Service Inbox frequently to ensure timely response to customer inquiries Responsible for answering customer calls and resolving concerns and checking status of orders Maintains a positive outlook and demeaner in high stress situations
