Led pre-construction, logistics, and operations efforts for large general contractor with over $1B volume annually.■ Key Areas of Focus: Created logistics plans for all pre-construction projects, developed quality takeoffs on all CSI divisions, proposed schedules for pre-construction projects, and directed setup and MEP Coordination efforts for most projects.

Directed pre-construction and operations team members for national construction firm with 10 offices and 6,000 employees. ■ Oversaw construction strategies and schedules on behalf of engineering team. Hired, trained, and managed BIM engineers and scheduler for South Florida operations.■ Key projects included: Porsche Design Tower, Miami World Center, SkyRise Miami, All Aboard Florida, Citi Tower Orlando, 1000 Museum, Surf Club, and Costa Hollywood.■ Recognized for leadership in Miami Science Museum’s Gulf Stream Tank and Broward County Courthouse projects. Achieved additional recognition for integrating 3D model for concrete operations that enabled Baker to increase form-work productivity in South Florida.

■ Built Revit architecture model and compiled confederate model for clash detection and 4D scheduling. ■ Utilized Synchro for project scheduling; built and managed Latista field solution and managed Buzzsaw site.

■ Built BIM projects pursuant to logistics, design validation, and scheduling. Managed 3D models that came in from architects, engineers, subcontractors, and third parties, and integrated them to form a complete working model.■ Key Projects: Brickell City Centre, MDC 520 Biscayne, Park Grove, and Mediterranean Village (OSV).■ Provided full scope review and development for division 5 (structural steel and misc metals), division 6 (mill work and rough carpentry),and division 10 (specialties, signage) packages for One Thousand Ocean and Miami Intermodal Center's MICMIA Connector Station, West Concourse, and Temporary Tri-Rail Station. Finished packages for the Earlington Heights Extension MIA MetroRail Station.■ Handled estimation of costs and schedule impacts for change orders and sent notices to the owner. Developed scope of work and collected and records bids for select change orders.
