Net Integration (acquired by IBM) developed self-managed Linux-based server software and appliances.Project management of several projects, one of which saved the business over one hundred thousand dollars during its first year of operation while becoming the basis for all automated testing. Performed software development and code reviews. Managed a server network for use with automated and manual testing.Primary author on Net Integration's 2005 and 2006 Software Research and Development (SR&ED) Tax Credit claims (supplement to government form T661).

Project management for a team of 20+ developers. In particular, played a key role in refining the software release process resulting in the definition and creation of various roles and positions, more predictable release cycles, and improved software quality.Instigated and directed a process of regular employee evaluations. Conducted interviews, hiring, and associated training. Acted as general contact for all human resource matters in the company's Montreal office.

Hired to perform investigations and hardware rapid-prototyping to evaluate the feasibility of hardware projects, but soon migrated to software development to fill a more urgent need in the R&D group. Participated in the successful bring-up of a new server-product. Involvement included low-level programming, scripting, and Linux device-driver debugging. Developed and debugged miscellaneous software for use with the company's flagship product.

Designed, tested, debugged, and documented the front-end initialization code of all design verification software used in the bring-up of a (VLIW) processor, resulting in significant improvements to unit test stability and efficiency.Devised numerous isolation functions responsible for improved test coverage through debugging and evaluation points of failure in processors' normal execution flow.
