This includes creating content calendars, newsletters, and publications while ensuring accuracy and adherence to branding guidelines. The position also evaluates content effectiveness, make data-driven recommendations, and participate in policy development. Additionally, the Content Management Head supervises and supports subordinate staff, ensuring tasks are completed to standard through motivation, training, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
