- Responsible to keeping VCM Plant production running normally- Mastering the workings of tools, able to operate and solve problems on production equipment(Decocking, Furnace cracking, distillation column, HCL purification, centrifugal compressor, magnetic pump, rotary pump, centrifugal pump, tanki, vessel, reactor, boiler) etc.- Basic knowledge MSDS (VCM, EDC, Light & Heavys EDC, H2, N2, LNG, HCl), PFD, P&ID, DCS by Yokogawa, etc.- Experienced doing Shutdown and StartUp plant scheduled every year in VCM Plant.- Experienced doing Liquid out, nitrogen purging, shockblow, leak test, cold/hot run, drying, switchtank, electric failure, HCl stripping, hot water cleaning, etc.- Experienced to operated manual valve, switch tanki, regeneration, take sample, etc.- Monitored and created logsheet shift report.- Take samples EDC, VCM, NaOH and HCl at some equipment.
