At Mekari Qontak, I lead the end-to-end development process for two squads: Chatpanel and Chatbot. Chatpanel is a core and integrations function that enables seamless communication across multiple channels, such as Tokopedia Chat and Qontak CRM. Chatbot is a tree diagram and AI capability that allows users to create their own chatbot flows with ease and speed, and to handle various use cases, such as summarization, paraphrasing, and support. I collaborate with product marketing managers, engineers, and designers to ensure that the features we deliver are fit for the market and aligned with the company's vision and goals. I also leverage my expertise in ChatGPT, a state-of-the-art natural language generation model, to enhance the chatbot's performance and user experience. I have a bachelor's degree in international relations and affairs from Universitas Brawijaya, and I am passionate about learning new things, from basic product development to digital marketing.
