Working as a creative "designated hitter" for celebtv.com, Sprint TV, and the Intersport Marketing Department, my work at Intersport ranges from mini music features, to sports promotions, to celebrity gossip inserts. Most of the material is set to air on the internet, which has taught me another side of "broadcasting."

It's Hip Hop, Baby!This was one of those projects that manifested itself in the edit suite. Working closely with the Creators and Producers we created the looks, wrote the words, and developed the overall product in the editing process. I also acted as the Director.

This is how you needed to perform while working at E! Entertainment. Mostly unsupervised, I was given a script, a few photographs and some B Roll, and left to create television. While on these assignments I learned what it means to take authorship of a project and at the same time keep a healthy distance, for criticism (aka. changes) is not far away; a great experience.

This helped me develop a sense of timing when incorporating outside material into the talk show format. Technically, this is where I first began "finishing" shows, as well.

Photography Closeup (Discovery)Me and one other Editor assisted in developing a show devoted to Photography. Because of this, the technical specs of our show had to be perfect. This experience allowed me to grow in a new, more technical direction.

Street Pace (Fox)Core Games (Fox)Heroes (Fox)This was an all out fast paced extreme sports show that required a lot of hours and fast paced editing. We edited long form documentaries, as well as half-hour television series. The budgets were low, but the product looked fantastic. Unfortunately, I didn't get paid for my last six weeks of work, as the company decided they didn't have any more capital.

Entertainment Network Throughout the years I have been lucky enough to edit promotional material as well as long and short form material. Editing for a thirty second hole introduces an entirely different challenge that has always inspired me.

I was an Editor of a streaming media news program and entertainment news segments to be viewed on the internet.

Sciography: "Dark Shadows” Sci LoveTwo completely different formats required me to learn a lot, and quickly. Long form Documentary style was what we were after, without the material seeming dry and boring. This required some creativity and lots of footage. Along side the development department we enhanced the material and saved a dying television show.

Finding BryonFinding Bryon is a great little documentary. Editing it involved sifting through hundreds of hours of footage to create a wonderful tapestry of the American sub culture. I learned the value of good organization on this project.I edited this project on Final Cut Pro.

Working as a lighting designer and technician in Los Angeles was like being a child in a candy shop for me. I was afforded the privilege of working with (and learning from) some of the most talented Cinematographers and Directors, creating beautiful imagery for high end music videos, high profile television shows, big budget commercials, and films.
